Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about visa consultation, documents, processing time and immigration procedures. Click a question to view the answer.
Do you provide visa consultation?
Yes. We provide consultation for Malaysia visa, immigration and relocation matters, including MM2H, spouse and dependant passes, employment passes, permanent residence related enquiries, overstay matters, maid visa matters and other immigration services.
How long does a visa application take?
Processing time depends on the visa category, applicant profile, document completeness and the government authority handling the application. We will explain the usual process and required preparation, but final processing time is determined by the relevant authority.
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No legitimate consultant can guarantee a government approval. Approval is always subject to the relevant Malaysian authority. Our role is to help you understand the requirements, prepare supporting documents and reduce avoidable mistakes.
What documents should I prepare?
Required documents vary by visa type and personal circumstances. Common documents may include passport copies, photographs, marriage or birth certificates, employment or income documents, company documents and other supporting records.
Can you help if my visa has expired or I overstayed?
Yes, we can first understand your situation and explain possible next steps. Overstay cases can be sensitive and may involve penalties or other immigration action, so early consultation is recommended.
Do you assist with spouse or dependant visas?
Yes. We provide consultation for spouse and family-related immigration matters, including relevant passes for eligible spouses, children or dependants.
Can you assist with Malaysia permanent residence / red card enquiries?
Yes. We can explain general requirements and help you understand the relevant pathway based on your circumstances. Permanent residence decisions are fully subject to Malaysian government approval.
Can I apply while I am outside Malaysia?
This depends on the visa category. Some applications or stages can be prepared from overseas, while others may require the applicant or sponsor to be in Malaysia. We will explain the applicable process after understanding your case.
